With a background in software engineering and years of experience in corporate environments, I’ve worked with leaders and teams to cultivate an improvement mindset.

As a parent of two teenagers, I understand firsthand the unique challenges that come with parenting, balancing responsibilities, and striving for personal growth.

I am passionate about creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up just as you are. Together, we’ll explore what “next” looks like for you—whether that means setting new goals, making meaningful changes, or finding clarity in uncertain times.

My coaching expertise includes leadership coaching, career coaching, team coaching, and relationship coaching. I also specialize in working with individuals who feel stuck and unsure of their next steps, helping them break through barriers and move toward the life they envision.

About the accreditations

Barefoot Coaching

Barefoot coaching is an organisation of coaches who carry out coach training for individual and organisations.

Barefoot Coaching pioneered the development of ICF and University approved coach education in the UK. Their courses combine psychological depth, academic rigour and a highly practical focus to offer every delegate a memorable, relevant and highly respected learning experience.

The International Coaching Federation (ICF)

Is dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high ethical standards, providing independent certification and building a worldwide network of credentialed coaches across a variety of coaching disciplines. ICF Members and Credential-holders worldwide work toward the common goal of enhancing awareness of coaching, upholding the integrity of the profession, and continually educating themselves with the newest research and practices.

Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential-holders are trained (60+ hours) and experienced (100+ hours) coaches. They have demonstrated knowledge and emerging proficiency in the application of the ICF Core Competencies, Code of Ethics, and definition of coaching.

Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential-holders are trained (125+ hours), experienced (500+ hours) coaches. They have demonstrated knowledge and proficient application of the ICF Core Competencies, Code of Ethics, and definition of coaching.
